Track Your Order
We're excited to create your order and can't wait for it to arrive!
Because every SIMJA product is made to order, there are two stages before your order reaches you:
Stage 1 – Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it enters production where your item is carefully printed, assembled, quality checked, and packaged.
Typical processing time: 2–7 business days
Please note that your order cannot be tracked while it is being produced.
Stage 2 – Shipping & Delivery
After your order has been completed, it is handed to the shipping carrier for delivery.
At this point you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

Your tracking number

A tracking link

Updates as your parcel travels to you
Shipping time begins only after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How to Track Your Order

Wait until you receive your Shipping Confirmation Email.

Open the email and click the tracking link.

Use the tracking number to view the latest delivery updates from the shipping carrier.
Haven't Received a Tracking Email?
If your order was placed recently, it may still be in the production stage.
Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before expecting tracking information.
If it has been longer than the estimated processing time, please check your:
