• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be offered a replacement or refund

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in applicable currencies (NZD, USD, AUD, CAD, BRL, etc.) via Wix Radar

• Taxes are calculated at checkout where required

Print-on-Demand Orders & Disputes

Print-on-demand items are produced individually based on the customer’s order specifications and are considered custom-made goods.

By placing a print-on-demand order, you acknowledge that:

• Minor variations in color, scale, or placement may occur due to printing processes, screen calibration differences, and production methods

• Such variations do not constitute a defect

Refunds, replacements, or dispute approvals for print-on-demand items are limited to the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item received differs materially from the product description

SIMJA may request photographic evidence or additional information to assess print-on-demand claims. Where a dispute is raised through a payment provider, SIMJA may submit production records, fulfillment confirmations, and evidence of delivery to support the resolution process.

Change-of-mind refunds are not available for print-on-demand items, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
