Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to review the product details carefully, including sizing information, materials, care instructions, and shipping information, to ensure your item is the perfect fit for your needs.

Each product page also highlights the unique features, design inspiration, and intended use of the item, helping you make an informed purchase and enjoy your product for years to come.

As every item is made to order especially for you, we recommend taking a few moments to double-check all details before placing your order.

Thank you for supporting SIMJA. Every purchase supports an independent New Zealand artist and helps celebrate creativity, individuality, and minds that see the world differently.

Returns & Refunds

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the issue, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

To help us assess the claim, we may request clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible defects.

Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, print-on-demand items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Print-on-Demand Orders

Print-on-demand items are individually produced based on your order and are considered custom-made goods.

Please note that minor variations in colour, scale, or placement may occur due to printing processes, screen settings, and production methods. These small differences are not considered defects.

Refunds, replacements, or dispute approvals are limited to situations where:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item has a clear manufacturing defect

• The item received is materially different from the product description

Where a payment dispute is raised through PayPal or another payment provider, SIMJA may provide production records, fulfilment confirmations, photographs, and delivery evidence to support the resolution process.

Shipping & International Orders

We proudly deliver our artwork and products across New Zealand and around the world.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

• International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your purchase price.

Every piece of SIMJA artwork is created with purpose. We believe creativity has no limits and that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and celebrated. Whether you're purchasing for yourself or someone you love, we hope your new piece brings confidence, comfort, and a little more colour into the world. Every design is created by independent New Zealand artist Kimmy Beamsley and printed to order through trusted manufacturing partners around the world.
