Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the issue, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

To help us assess the claim, we may request clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible defects.

Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, print-on-demand items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Print-on-Demand Orders

Print-on-demand items are individually produced based on your order and are considered custom-made goods.

Please note that minor variations in colour, scale, or placement may occur due to printing processes, screen settings, and production methods. These small differences are not considered defects.

Refunds, replacements, or dispute approvals are limited to situations where:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item has a clear manufacturing defect

• The item received is materially different from the product description

Where a payment dispute is raised through PayPal or another payment provider, SIMJA may provide production records, fulfilment confirmations, photographs, and delivery evidence to support the resolution process.

Shipping & International Orders

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

• International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your purchase price.
